Petcover attends the 2023 Auckland – North Island Show Jumping Championships

Petcover was pleased to attend the recent 2023 Auckland – North Island Show Jumping Championships held at the Pukekohe Showgrounds.

There were 400 competing horses with 3 rings running simultaneously throughout the weekend, competitors aged from 15 years up, with such classes and competitions as the North Island Junior Riders series, Premier League North Island Pro, and Amateur Championships.

The Petcover trade stand was situated beside the spectator’s stand next to Ring 1, with a great view of all the action for the three days Friday 17^th – Sunday 19^th November.

Due to the intermittent and humid rain and the wet grounds on Saturday and Sunday, did see some horses and riders withdraw.

But the weather didn’t dampen everyone’s spirits and the show went on, especially in Ring 1 next to our stand.

We had a few equine families inquire about equine and companion pet insurance, and as always the NZ Petcover event team was happy to assist with providing quotes and taking details on the day.

We would like to commend the event organisers for all their hard work and thank them for having us.
