Coming together under the Petcover Group umbrella, the Australian organisation aims to create an unrivalled pet insurance offering for Australian pet owners. The newly formed Australian alliance moves away from the UK Petplan relationship to a single brand, Petcover under the Petcover Group. This change will enable current and future customers to continue to benefit from the experience and track record of trusted market leaders, meeting the needs of their treasured pets, whilst providing exceptional claims service, under one great brand.

It also aligns with the regulator view in that it offers customers more choice under one brand rather than offering the same product under multiple brands giving the customer the allusion that they have a choice.

• A team of specialist pet experts, dedicated to offering full cover without any limitations for pre-existing cover whenever possible.
• Where an exclusion is placed on a policy, this will be reviewed with an intention to removing it completely, where possible. The first review is held after 3 months, something other providers do not offer.
• Additional benefits including Liability Cover.
• ‘Exotic Animal’ cover for many rare and unusual pets, including parrots, snakes, tortoises, and ferrets.
• Extensive, flexible and tailored insurance for horse riders and owners.
• Claims Assessors who have university Degrees in Veterinary Science, so fully understand the customers claims.
