Tilley Fair Represents Australia in the 2025 Trans-Tasman Challenge

Petcover’s equine Brand Ambassador, Tilley Fair, proudly represented Australia as part of the Australian Young Rider team at the 2025 Trans-Tasman Challenge in New Zealand. Competing against the best from across the Tasman, Tilley and the team showcased their skill, determination, and sportsmanship in a thrilling three-day event.

Competition Highlights

Day 1:
Tilley started strong with a flawless clear round in the first phase. In the second round, she incurred just 4 penalties, setting the stage for a competitive event.

Day 2:
Another outstanding performance saw Tilley jump a clear first round. However, a second-round score of 4 penalties brought the Australian and New Zealand teams level, leading to an intense jump-off. Trusting in her abilities, the Australian team selected Tilley to compete in the tie-breaker, where she completed the round with 4 penalties.

Day 3:
The final day of competition was challenging, with Tilley earning 4 penalties in both rounds. Despite a valiant effort from the entire team, Australia finished in second place, with New Zealand taking the win.

A Memorable Experience

Although Australia fell just short of victory, the competition was a fantastic experience for all involved. Tilley and her teammates performed exceptionally well, and the event highlighted the strong rivalry and camaraderie between the two nations. The New Zealand team proved to be gracious hosts, making the competition an unforgettable experience.
