Point Cook Dog Training & Day Care (PCDT) has been running since 2003 and their centre in Hoppers Crossing opened in 2015. They offer a range of dog services, from puppy classes to regular classes, nose works, agility, doggy day care, playgroup, private lessons for reactive and anxious dogs, cooperative handling, and more.

PCDT are Fear Free certified and they only train dogs using current best practice methods, and they treat dogs with respect, patience, and kindness. All their lessons and classes focus on behaviour, identifying and ironing out issues before they grow into bigger problems, and PCDT collaborates with Veterinary Behaviourists if further assistance is required.

They focus on cooperative handling and vet care, the dogs are given more control over their handling and examinations and handlers learn about consent, creating a positive veterinary experience. This reduces anxiety, stress, and potential risk when it comes to vet visits and grooming sessions.
