Petcover sponsors and attends the Dogs Victoria Big Day Out!

The Petcover team sponsored and attended their last event for 2023.

The Dogs Victoria Big Day Out – Canine market, on Sunday 10^th December.

The event was held at the KCC Park in Skye, home of Dogs Victoria, and aimed to showcase Dogs Victoria affiliated clubs and breeds, as well as present the sport of dogs and all the activities available to dog owners.

As part of this event, the public had the opportunity to meet Dogs Victoria members and their dogs, see the dogs in action, and learn more about Dogs Victoria.

In addition to providing information about responsible dog ownership, the event also provided the chance to meet a variety of dog breeds.

Dogs Victoria encouraged the public to bring their dogs, provided they were well-behaved on a lead, as there were many activities for them to participate in, such as agility, dancing with dogs, scent work, and much more.

You could find stalls filled with doggy-related items for visitors and their dogs at the Canine Christmas Market.

As our events team watched visitors dress their dogs in a variety of sparkly, frilly, and decorative Christmas outfits, we enjoyed their enthusiasm and passion.

After 24 hours of constant light rain the day before, we were very impressed with the ground condition. It held up extremely well to host the event and the activities and market stalls ran smoothly.

Dogs Victoria and Petcover have a strong relationship, aligning their values and objectives of educating responsible pet ownership through their networks and great communities.

It’s always a pleasure to attend their events, and we look forward to being involved again in 2024.
